Mr DeFazio brings over 37 years of finance and operational experience to his clients. He has extensive experience raising capital, financial reporting, systems development, turn around strategies and S.E.C. Register Investment Advisor compliance. Prior to Richards Capital Mr DeFazio spent a majority of his career at organizations such as HIG Capital, Pitney Bowes, Xerox, PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Mr. DeFazio is a licensed CPA in the State of Connecticut.
